Description

In a “SCHENGEN area”, at the confluence of the Route du Vin and the Route de la Moselle, below the A13 freeway which crosses the river at this point towards Germany, Milestone is building the SCHENGERWISS TOTAL station.

The almost 7,770 m² plot of land has been fully developed to house a large-scale station, comprising 7 fuelling islands with 14 multi-product dispensers, a ± 700 m² building housing a spacious ± 270 m² shop with office and storage areas, and a gantry carwash, complete with a separate drying facility.

The complex is based on the Total Group’s new, aesthetically integrated corporate design.

In addition to water collection in accordance with environmental standards, particular attention was paid to the surrounding green spaces, with ecological management of rainwater, regulated in ditches, leading to a natural retention basin, thus favoring evaporation, infiltration and the quality of landscape treatments.
